Hand harvested and aged for 18 months in oak barrels (10% new).
The nose exhibits the classic floral violet and cherry blossom notes. A cool graphite edge adds earthy, cedar & complexity. The palate is bright and vibrant with forest fruits and juicy cherries, with just a hint of smokiness from oak. The tannins are supple and round.
