Château Vrai Canon Bouché is situated on the hill of
Canon Fronsac very close to Saint-Émilion and is the jewel of the appellation.
Aromatic nose offering a flowery side, notes of fleshy cassis, crushed strawberry, small pulpy fruits, bright blueberry as well as fine hints of nutmeg, Tonka bean and Cuban pepper.
Fruity on the palate, it expresses notes of fleshy cassis, pulpy blackberry, strawberry associated with touches of fresh flowers (lilac, cornflower…), chocolate, fresh/juicy blueberry as well as hints of toasted hazelnut.
Aged during 12 to 15 months in oak both old and new barrels .
